I'm very pleased to announced the release of my latest LP A COLOUR FOR AUTUMN on the USA label 12K. The record is the second in my series of editions that trace the experience of seasonal transit. The record follows up from For Varying Degrees Of Winter and features two contributions from DEAN ROBERTS and CHRISTIAN FENNESZ.

I'm glad to announce that the new album from my good friend and collaborator Tujiko Noriko, titled 'U', is OUT NOW. It's the second in our series of ongoing collaborations that first came to light in 2005 with BLURRED IN MY MIRROR. The new album also features some incredible work from UK based artist and all round friend of Room40 JOHN CHANTLER. Vital Weekly had this to say "Excellent work, the best I ever heard from this lady and these boys."
The end of this year will be quite busy it seems with a series of solos and duets. My long overdue release of the 2005 work IT'S UP TO US TO LIVE will surface through the Sirr label in Portugal. There's also two duets due - including an edition with the acclaimed sonic sculptor FRANCISCO LOPEZ titled HB and issued by our good friends at BASKARU. The second edition is fruits of a recent undertaking with young Brisbane electronic musician TOM HALL titled Euphonia. It's a playful release that tilts a hat back to the masters of Krautrock (texturally speaking of course), whilst still dabbling in more frayed electronic sounds - it'll be issued by new Italian label PRESTO!?.

The album is the first is a series of ongoing works concerned with transposing the visual effects of mist, mirage, snow fall and the like to a variety of acoustic situations.
